Mr. Ernest Edick Nyoni is the founding member and Chief Operations Officer of HSSRF. He holds a degree in Economics from Ardhi University and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration (Public Health). Mr. Nyoni serves as the Director of Administration and Finance. He oversees all operational supporting functions to ensure smooth program implementation while complying with funders, the Government of Tanzania, and internal policies. To the foundation, Mr. Nyoni brings over nine years of experience in research, financial management, project coordination, grant management, and administration.

With over nine years of experience in research, finance, and administration, Mr Nyoni's areas of expertise include administration, financial management, project coordination, design and administration of grant strategy, grant policy formulation, grant/proposal writing, the establishment of proposal evaluation panels, startup of complex projects in challenging environments, and project closeout.
