Dr. Caritas Kitinya is a medical doctor, researcher, and dedicated expert in project management, monitoring, evaluation, and learning in Health. With experience in management, research, and MEL (Monitoring and Evaluation) in public health, she has built a track record of promoting data-driven change, improving performance, finding novel solutions, and making information accessible. She holds a bachelor's degree in Medicine and a master's degree in Project Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation in Health, both from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS). Dr. Caritas is the Chief Executive Officer of the foundation bringing her expertise in driving the vision and mission of the foundation.
